Issue with Sticker Shop and Official Apology

We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the system error that occurred yesterday.
Background:
At 11 am yesterday, we released the “funassyi” stickers first on the web store only. Due to the overwhelming response, the system was overloaded and there was a time lag between the time payment was completed and the time the stickers were issued. Some duplicate charges were made when stickers were resent to accounts that failed to receive them due to purchase errors caused by the overload.
The issue was fixed at 3 pm yesterday, and the web store is now working normally.
We are processing refunds to customers who received duplicate charges for their purchases, and will release another announcement once this is complete.
Once again, we are extremely sorry for this inconvenience.
